The petitioners herein seek review of orders entered by the trial court relating to staying portions of the State Court action. To the extent that the trial court granted the motion of the respondents to stay the counter-claims filed below pending resolution of the related Federal case, we find that the trial court acted correctly and, accordingly, deny the petition for writ of certiorari as it relates to that order. We find, however, that the trial court erred in the exercise of its discretion when the trial court failed to stay the main complaint filed by the respondents in the same State Court action. The trial court, therefore, is directed to enter an appropriate order reflecting that the entire State Court proceedings, including both the complaint and the counter-claims filed therein, are stayed pending the resolution of the related Federal litigation. SCHWARTZ, C.J., and HUBBART and LEVY, JJ., concur.
